I’m Ashley Glowiak: a wife to Brian, mother of five, daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter. I’m inside the family field every day, living it, reading it, learning from it. My home is my living laboratory, and I’ll teach you to read yours the same way.
For twenty years, I’ve worked in the birth and therapeutic spaces, and more recently in psychedelic research. What I’ve learned is this: every thought, memory, and emotional entanglement, every path to liberation, runs through family. Whether you’re eighty, revisiting the architecture of your childhood, or thirty-five and longing to create the family you never had, the family field is the root system of your life.
We often have more influence over the well-being of our homes and closest relationships than we realize. In this work, you learn to see the patterns beneath the challenges you’re facing. I call this practice family field literacy, and it is the heart of Family Mycology™: learning to read the conditions of the home. Once you can read them, what you want to heal or change comes within reach. As you change the way you live and relate, those changes ripple through your children’s experience, your family, and your wider community.
Family Mycology, the myEcology app, and the Rooted in Relationship cohort are education, not therapy or clinical services. Taking part does not create a therapist-client relationship.
