Rooted in Relationship  ·  A live founding cohort

Experience the framework live, together.

Rooted in Relationship is microdose education and integration for adults who hold a microdosing practice, and it is just as complete for people who come without one and take part without any medicine.

A twelve week live cohort with Ashley Glowiak, for adults doing the slow work of tending their own field and the family that grows from it. One start date, and real time together.

Founding cohort. Enrollment closes Sunday, November 1, so the group can settle before the first session on Tuesday, November 3.

Before you decide

Who this circle is for

This is for you if

  • You suspect the pattern in your house started before you did, and you want to work it with company.
  • You are ready to look at your own field first, not to fix your children.
  • You want live guidance and a small circle, not another course to watch alone at 11pm.
  • You can hold your own inquiry as an adult, and you want a room that holds it with care.

This is not for you if

  • You want a quick fix or a checklist that resolves the family by Friday.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do rather than help you read what is already there.
  • You are looking to change your kids without looking at yourself.
  • You cannot commit to showing up live for most of the twelve weeks.
The rhythm

What a week looks like

One live hour and a half, one practice, one conversation that keeps going. The container is built so the work happens in the room and travels home with you.

Tuesday

The live session

Ninety minutes with Ashley: a short teaching and a live reading of a real family field.

Midweek

A practice to carry

One grounded practice for the week, drawn from the library. Small enough for an ordinary day, aimed at what surfaced in the session.

Any day

The community thread

A private Circle space where the cohort posts what they noticed. You are not doing this in isolation between calls.

Through the week

Ashley in the thread

Ashley reads and responds in the community, so the work stays tended between the live sessions, not only during them.

The twelve weeks

The arc of the cohort

Three movements, four weeks each. You start with your own field, learn to read the family as one system, then practice tending it in the ordinary week.

Rooting
Weeks 1 to 4 · your own field
  1. Your field, named. The instrument you bring to the family, and how it runs.
  2. Charge. What you carry, where it gathers, and what it is asking for.
  3. Nutrients and repair. What resources your field, and how it mends.
  4. What travels. The patterns that arrived before you did.
Reading
Weeks 5 to 8 · the family field
  1. The field between two. What a relationship shares, and what the difference is for.
  2. The three guilds. How energy moves between people: what feeds, what composts, what drains.
  3. The whole household. The family read as one living system.
  4. Constellations. The quiet loyalties the system organizes itself around.
Tending
Weeks 9 to 12 · living it
  1. Home field advantage. The conditions that let each person operate at their best.
  2. Rupture and repair. Working with what surfaces, in real time, without rescuing.
  3. The ordinary day. Carrying the work into an unremarkable week.
  4. Closing the circle. What you keep, and how you continue after the cohort ends.

The closest access to Ashley

Twelve live weeks with Ashley, in the room every Tuesday and in the thread between sessions, plus full Family Deep access in myEcology. It is the closest, deepest way we offer to do this work with her.

Who is in the room with you

"I run this live because a field changes in the presence of another field. You cannot get that from a video you watch alone."

Ashley Glowiak, LMFT, is a doctoral researcher and the creator of Family Mycology, the framework this cohort is built on. She works with the family as one living system rather than a set of people to manage one at a time.

She lives and homeschools in Colorado with her husband and co-founder Brian and their five children, where the work is practiced long before it is ever taught. In the cohort, she is not a recording. She is in the room.

Family Mycology, the myEcology app, and the Rooted in Relationship cohort are education, not therapy or clinical services. Taking part does not create a therapist-client relationship.

A note

On microdosing and plant medicine

Rooted in Relationship is microdose education and integration. It was built both for people who already hold a microdosing practice and for people who come without one just as fully, because every teaching and practice can be lived without any medicine. What happens here is education and community. Ashley does not provide or source any substance or offer medical advice, and no one is asked whether they have a practice. No substance is provided, shared, or used in any part of the program. Nothing in the cohort requires one.

You are the one who decides what belongs in your life and in your body. This room is a place to think about that with care. It is an interpretation offered to you, not a decision made for you.

Before you join

Questions

What happens after I join?

You will get a welcome email from ashley@familymycology.com with your invitation to our private Circle community. Everything for the cohort is held there: the sessions, the recordings, and the conversation between weeks. Ashley will hand out your cohort code and show you how to join myEcology in our first session on Tuesday, November 3.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and posted to the cohort community, so you can catch the one you missed and still bring it to the thread. The cohort is built to hold you even on the weeks life gets loud.

When does the cohort meet?

Sessions run Tuesdays, 12:00 to 1:30 PM Eastern, starting Tuesday, November 3.

Can my partner attend with me?

The founding rate is for one seat. If you and a partner both want to be in the room, reach out before you enroll and we will sort a fair way to hold two.

Is this therapy?

No. This is education and community. It is not treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for your own care.

Do I need the myEcology app?

Yes, and it is included. Full access, the Family Deep tier, is yours for the length of the cohort. Ashley will hand out your cohort code and show you how to join myEcology in our first session on Tuesday, November 3.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds are given once enrollment is complete, so we ask that you enroll only when you're ready.
