By accessing this website or enrolling in any program offered by Innate Intelligence LLC dba Family Mycology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase any offerings.
Nature of Services
All programs, courses, sessions, apps, and content offered through this site, including Rooted in Relationship, the myEcology app, The Field Between Us, and all associated materials, are educational, coaching, and personal development offerings. They do not constitute licensed psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, or mental health treatment, and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. Ashley Glowiak is a licensed therapist in the state of Colorado; however, participation in these programs does not establish a therapist-client relationship unless explicitly contracted as such.
Payment & Enrollment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All sales are final. No refunds are given once enrollment is complete. If you choose to pay over time through Klarna at checkout, that financing is an agreement between you and Klarna. Family Mycology is paid in full at the time of purchase, and all sales remain final.
The myEcology App
myEcology is for adults. Account holders must be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live, and must have authority over any family information they enter, including information about their children. The readings in myEcology are reflections for personal and educational use. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical, psychological, or legal advice, and you decide how to act on them.
myEcology is not a crisis service. It does not watch for emergencies, and flagging a reading is not a way to reach anyone for help. If you or anyone else is in danger or crisis, call or text 988, call Childhelp at 1-800-422-4453 or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233, or call 911 if anyone is in immediate danger. Flagged readings are reviewed as described in our Privacy Policy. A member of our review team may be a licensed professional with legal obligations to report information about harm to a child or another person.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Family Mycology™ framework, course materials, written content, video, audio, and visual design, is the intellectual property of Ashley Glowiak and Innate Intelligence LLC dba Family Mycology. Enrollment in a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own development. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or teach from these materials without written permission.
Participant Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Transformation work (somatic, emotional, relational) can surface material that is activating or uncomfortable. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take responsibility for your own experience, choices, and integration process. Ashley Glowiak and Innate Intelligence LLC dba Family Mycology are not liable for outcomes, decisions, or life changes that arise from your participation in any program or session.
Natural Medicine Facilitation
Natural medicine facilitation, if offered, is separate from everything on this site. It takes place under Ashley Glowiak's Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator (Colorado) license and is governed by its own agreements and informed consent under Colorado law. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of or instruction for illegal substance use.
Confidentiality in Group Programs
Group program participants agree to hold in confidence all personal material shared by other participants within the container. What belongs to the field, stays in the field.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
